I can't log in - what should I check?
  • Confirm you're using the correct email address.
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off and try again.
  • If 2FA is enabled, enter your 6-digit authenticator code.
  • If needed, use Forgot Password.
My 2FA code is failing - why?
  • Set your phone date/time to automatic.
  • Try the next code and type 6 digits only.
  • If you changed phones, re-enroll 2FA.
How do I add children and expenses?
Use Dashboard to add children/categories, then log expenses by child and category.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Use Export CSV from Dashboard or Financial Template.
