TuMu ("we", "us", "our") provides tools to track household and child-related expenses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We may collect account details (name, email, phone), authentication data, household/member information, children profile data you enter, expense records, budget data, document uploads (receipts/invoices/statements), and technical usage logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use data to operate TuMu features, secure accounts, support login/2FA/password reset, generate summaries/exports, provide support, and improve reliability/security.

3. Legal Basis

Where applicable, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security/service operation), legal obligations, and consent where required.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run TuMu under confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures such as authentication controls, session security, and transport security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection/restriction, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

8. Children Data

TuMu stores child profile and expense documents provided by account holders for household finance management.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and revise the effective date.
